Travel to Rhode Island
We suggest flying into Boston International Airport (BOS). From there, renting a car. You may also uber, taxi, or take a Coach Bus [departing from Logan Airport to Providence Downtown] which brings you right to hotel. BOS is approximately 1 hour to the hotel/venue.
Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) is also a direct option depending on your location. PVD is approximately 20 minutes to the hotel/venue.
Driving from Cape Cod, it is ~1.5 hours to the hotel/venue. Driving from Buffalo, it is ~7 hours. Driving from NYC, it is ~4 hours. You may also take the Amtrak Train [departing from NYC to Providence].
The Welcome Event on Friday is a ~30 minute drive from the hotel so please plan accordingly with carpools.
